Chicago PD and Chicago Fire on demand

How do I force my DVR to record all episodes, new and repeats (including ones my DVR knows I've watched before?) It seems my DVR knows that I've watched and previously deleted an episode, so it's assuming I don't want to record it again. I do. How do I force it?

Paused laptop keeps reconnecting

Xfinity Stream will not cast

I'm not getting the connection speed I am paying for

I am supposed to be getting 1200 mbps connection speed through the Xfinity Gateway modem/router combo however I can only come close to that if I use an ethernet hardwire connection to my device.
