Xfinity Dena tells me in the DMs in order for them to even tell me the steps to cancel I have to give my personal information to them in the chat window. Is this site a scam? It wasn't years ago, but I think it might be hacked!

@volfam Does Xfinity offer a new plan and if you don't take it your internet is cut off until you get it? Yeah, it's a scam and meant to scare you . I'd say ignore it, but you could report whomever you discussed this with so that it stops.
