Free Phone Line Scam. Beware

I signed up nearly a year ago for the “free” phone line for a year. Well ended up getting charged 3-4$ each month. Not a huge deal there, but just canceled my FREE phone line and got charged $35. Called and asked for a refund, you can guess what kind of response I got back. Not good business practic
