My Router has been hacked.

Recently my computer was taken over by a scammer that got access to my checking account and almost moved $8000.00 out of my account. I suspected a scam and called the bank regarding this illegal transaction and they stopped the transfer.

The scammer called me on my cell phone threating me about his loss and then on my connection has been interrupted, loss of Internet and network changes. 

I would like to provide technical support to provide a more secure router to stop this scammer from interrupting my service.
