I saw somewhere that you could review chat notes. I'm looking for online chat that I had on December 18, 2025. I just wanted to know the xfinity agent’s name that I chatted with.

@user_1qm3nz Were you able to follow the steps provided by my colleague? The best part about working with our teams via social media is that you always have the messages with us through our social platforms. Could you tell us more about what's going on with that conversation from December?

Yes I did follow the steps. It's still processing. I haven't received any download yet.
In December I upgraded two phones. We upgraded to the iPhones 17 with a trade-in of our iPhones 14.

We received both of them but then we were scammed out of one of them. I have called Xfinity and emailed them multiple times and have gotten nowhere. I have since returned the one iPhone 17. We're still paying for the other one that we don't have. I believe that Xfinity agent in that chat that night scammed me. I believe he gave out a lot of my personal information to someone or he did it himself. I have multiple spam calls on my phone and I believe some are from him. I'm trying to confirm that.
