Student Promotion

I am a first time Xfinity used and when I joined there was a promotional offer to receive $200 gift card from amazon or Uber Eats. I never received the email to get this gift card. I kept on being told that I had to wait and wait to get it, and still never got it! I called Xfinity told them about this and how I wanted the promised card and they lied to me and told me it was a scam. I told them it wasn't since I found this on the Xfinity website and I can still see articles from the time about the promotion. I was then told they'd contact me within the hour and they never did. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I would like to be able to receive the gift card.

It also says it's been less than 10 days since the activation of required services when I have had these services since last August!
