iPhone 17 pro max stolen by FedEx

I ordered two phones one google pixel and 17 pro max deep blue. The phones was supposed to be delivered on 01/31/26 by FedEx signature required the driver dropped the box off with only the google pixel in it and no signature at all. The tracking info still says on FedEx vehicle for delivery. I called FedEx to file a claim they referred me to Xfinity. I called Xfinity they’re like we will resolve this. I called and chatted every oh we’re working on no worries this will be resolved and you’ll either get your phone replaced or a refund. I informed I just wanted a replacement phone. I was instructed to go to the store to get it. I get to the store and it’s several customers with the same issue. Ordered iPhones and received empty boxes from FedEx. The Xfinity workers stated it happens almost every time someone or an iPhone online in Atlanta. Who’s I would’ve know I wouldn’t have ordered. Meanwhile the guy said that the stolen iPhone would have to be removed before a replay could be made. I called FedEx back to Xfinity and of I’m told more lies, run around, and hung up on. After waiting weeks Xfinity tells me we’ve you and we didn’t get a timely response so the shipping issue ticket has been closed and you still have to pay for the phone. Mind you I have called or chatted with them at a minimum of 4 times a week since this incident and now ever mentioned to check my email. And the fact that I check my email everyday all day and have yet to get an email from Xfinity. Then they say they need a police report ok cool got one now what? I’m am now getting my lawyer involved because for Xfinity to not properly address the issue that FedEx workers are stealing their customers devices at a high rate sounds to me that yall are in on the scam!
