No "FAVORITE STAR" on Xfinity guide on Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K so I can setup favorite channels

My elderly father, can't use the the channel guide and only uses the channel up/down to navigate. When changing channels this way it includes all the channels that we are not subscribed to. This is a very unusable experience. I've seen other posters also asking this question earlier

@woodydeaux No, you cannot add just one channel to your lineup; you would have to upgrade to or add that tier in order to get it. Unless, as @ThatDonGuy mentioned, it is a premium channel.

I did 2 things from 2 different users. I did a system refresh, and still had only one channel but then did the * on xfinity stream and restart channel and all are there. I hope it works for others.
