Tv box freezing up

Cable box’s keeps freezing up on 3 different TV’s. And YES all wires are tightened. Happens all the time. I have to unplug the cable box and reset it. Then it takes anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes to restart it self.

Switching to 2.4 to install a device

Now that the gateway is supposedly doing this automatically is there anything I can do to install a device that needs to be on 2.4hz? My devices that are already installed work fine but I can not add a new device of the same type because the gateway won’t switch to 2.4

Caller I.D's are blocked on 2 out of 3 lines

The caller I.D's on 2 of our 3 lines are blocked. For the last three weeks called more than 10 times and every time ended up in the Philippines (call center). Nobody could understand the issue and the biggest problem is the language barrier. Extremely frustrating!!!
