Order Status
I'm trying to check the status of an order. I placed an an order a few weeks ago never received an confirmation. I tried to place it again on Monday and received an initial confirmation [Edited: Personal Information] when placing the order but no follow up email. When I log into my account I don't see anything that references the order.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
