Empty box from FedEx, Over 3 weeks without any progress
On 4/11 Fedex delivered a damaged box that upon opening did not have a phone in it. I contacted xfinity mobile support that day and a case was created. I was told an investigation would be performed and someone would reach out to me. Over 3 weeks have passed, and despite multiple calls to support, multiple chats, and being told someone would get back to me in 24 hours, I haven't even been given instructions on how to resolve this issue. I've offered to send pictures of the box, sent those pictures to xfinitymobile_shippingclaims[@]comcast.com (brackets added to prevent hyperlink) on the advice of one of the CSRs. It's been nearly 15 chats and calls, and multiple times I've been given resolution dates that have since passed. I can't even get a straight answer on if I need to file a police report, with multiple reps telling me to wait for instructions.
I'm guessing I'll get a response to DM support, so I will do that once this is posted, since I have to post a message before DMs are allowed.
