no inbox receipts

Subject: Not Receiving Incoming Emails to Xfinity Email Account

Hello,

I’m having trouble with my Xfinity email account. I can send emails, but I am not receiving any incoming emails in my inbox or other folders. I have already checked the following:

  • Spam/Junk folder

  • Email filters and blocked senders

  • Mail storage (my inbox is not full)

  • Tested using webmail and another device

I also tried sending test messages from another account, but they are not being delivered, and I haven’t received any bounce-back errors.

Can you please check my account on your end for any issues that might be blocking incoming mail? I’d appreciate your help resolving this as soon as possible.

On webmail check to see if the Auto Forward has an email address that you don't recognize.

JackieB0406 I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing a similar issue. Are you using a third-party email client or our Xfinity Website? If you're using our website, @Again mentioned the Auto Forward setting. Did you check that already? For more information on our Auto Forward feature, you can visit us HERE

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums for assistance, user_lp5dxl. I'm sorry to hear you're not getting incoming emails. I know it can be frustrating, and we'll do our best to help. Are you using our Xfinity Website to access the emails? Or a third-party email client?

Besides Auto Forward, check to see that:

  • Email Safe List is not active
  • Mail Filter Rules are not set to forward, redirect, reject, or delete incoming messages

Tried both. Kept getting a server error message. Finally, out of the blue, my inbox began to receive emails.
