Why does Max buffer on my X1 system but no other service like netflix or prime buffers?
I access Max directly by hitting the button on the remote to get to "All Apps" and then choose Max that way but every show that I watch buffers. It's very annoying because my fiance has centurylink and hers never buffers so it's clearly something tied to Xfinity.

It can be hard to speculate why Max, and only Max, is buffering on your X1 box. You can try clearing your locally stored data (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-clear-cookies-and-local-data-storage) on the X1 box and see if that clears things up, but it may just be a hardware issue. Please let us know if this is still happening, and we can work with you to find a better solution.
