$200 Amazon Gift Card Promo (December 2024)

Has anyone actually had success obtaining this gift card? I see multiple posts with the same issue but none with resolutions. 

I signed up in December 2024 via this promo, and even have screenshots of the agent who helped me sign up explicitly stating I would receive the gift card. However, I have not received anything, and it was never added to my incentive tracker. I've now contacted xfinity dozens of times over the last 4 months and have been blatantly lied to with different statements (e.g. I should receive it 12 weeks after sign up, 16 weeks after, 20 weeks after, a ticket has opened and I will receive it with 24-48 hrs, etc...)

Honestly, seems like it was just a scam at this point and I need to report to FTC or BBB.

Hello @fischjr. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. I know how frustrating it is when you are expecting that gift card and it has not come yet. That gift card should be coming to your email address. Did you check your spam/junk mail to make sure it didn't end up there. Also, I would love to take a look at your account to see what we can do.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

Same here.  It was a scam.  I talked to so many people from the Xfinity.  Each time they give false promise that I will get it in 1 day or in couple week since Jan. 2025
