@user_0554a0 what remote are you using. Can you try following the steps and codes at xfinity.com/remotes and see if that solves it.
Xfinity remote won't pair both TV and receiver
I just got a new box and I can pair the TV and the Bose audio system to the remote but they both do not work at the same time only one will turn on or off the system. The last one that I program is the one that will work. My old remote worked both of them at the same time. Any suggestions?

XR11 Remote and Sony TV
I set up the remote for my Sony TV, entered code 10810 and it worked correctly. VOLUME controlled the TV volume and TV turned the Sony off and on. I then paired the remote with my Onkyo receiver. VOLUME Switched to the Onkyo but so did TV. It no longer turned the TV off or on.

I second the opinion that the XR15 remote navigation buttons are impossible to click. they don't budge unless you are pressing them hard.Is there a better remote that works with XG2v2-P settop box ??

I was curious. For 2 factor authentication, you get a code sent to your phone or code sent to an alternate email address. Either your phone or alternate email address is always working. What is a customer supposed to do, if both methods failed and are not working. Does the customer call tech support

Ok, thanks again for providing this information and feedback regarding the remote pairing experience as well. I do apologize again for the hassle. At this time, Once your remote is successfully paired with a TV Box, it won't control any other TV Box
