I just received the new flex with the new remote design and the high-frequency pitch comes on anytime you move the remote and the lights come on. Clearly it's happening to all if not many.

Xfinity TV Remote App

The app keeps saying, “Guide Data Missing.” I deleted and downloaded again. When you search it in the Apple App Store, you can’t even find anymore. This leads me to believe it’s no longer supported. Another example of Xfinity returning to their old ways of customer service.

The xfinity web remote is worthless. Why is xfinity so reluctant to reinstate the remote app and restore it to the App Store. I see that I am not the only one upset about this.

Random disconnects. multiple Event type code 16 and 24. 2 hour lease time

I am getting random disconnects. I have MB8600 and it has been working fine for 2 years.  All of a sudden am experiencing random disconnects to the internet.  Looking at the modem log showing multipe Notice Event type 16 and 24 codes on chan id 193.  Also the lease time is now at 2 h
