Sound issues
When adjusting the sound using my x1 remote if using up volumn it doesnt stop until max out same as if you click down it goes to zero sound. The lg remote works fine

Hello @lwchez, thanks for reaching out for help with your X1 remote. By chance have you tried unpairing and re-pairing your remote with your LG TV?
To reset the remote you will want to follow these steps:
Press and hold the Setup button for three seconds until the status light turns from red to green. Enter 9-8-1 on the remote. If the status light blinks green twice, the pairing for the remote has been reset.
