Unable to add new rules
In the middle of the night our gateway light was blinking. It needed rebooted three times before it would stay on. After that I rebooted the touchscreen. Currently I cannot set any new rules on the automation tab of the Home app. How long is this issue going to last?

Smart plugs not working
Since we switched to the latest gateway, my smart plugs no longer will connect. I’ve tried to reinstall all 4 of them but to no avail. I tried to split the Wi-Fi through the app but it won’t stay split. Any thoughts?

X1 voice and “ABC”
Since yesterday (7/28/23), Xfinity X1 voice remote no longer recognizes “ABC”… we can say “NBC” or “CBS”, but now saying “ABC” does nothing but go to a banner page for ABC. If we say the local channel name (WTAE), it works. what happened???

Unstable Connection But No Outage
Consistently (at least 2-3x per day), I experience an "unstable" internet connection while on a Zoom/GoogleMeet call. It has been an on-going issue for several weeks now. I've checked my equipment and can't find any issues, speed tests "to my property" are strong, and there are no reported outages.
