Streaming app not working with lg

I was using the beta but now I can’t get this app to work get black screen. Tried everything I’ve read the posts so is this just LG & Xfinity not compatible

Solved problem thru LG. Unplug both TV & Router. Then restart app and it worked. Just a hint don’t open app until wireless connected to tv
