Hi @DirtheadTom ! Any easement that may exist on any property is always noted on the title report for that property. The title report is provided to the property owner at the time of the purchase by the title company. Please let me know if this helps

Underground cable damage
A few months ago Comcast replaced an underground cable to our condo. Our plumber on trying to fix a were line issue discovered that the Comcast cable severed the sewer line.
