Without any kind of notice, Xfinity laid a cable across our yard, driveway and front door and started to dig in septic leech field

We (I and my wife, whole household) were unaware and did not know a cable was going to be placed on top of our yard with the intention of burying it later. The cable was placed from the pole then angled over a leech bed for our septic system then up the drive way right where we walked, front porch.
