Damage claims

My name is Daniel and I have xfinity internet service. A technician came out to bury the cables and in the process cut the electrical wire that runs my well pump. He never mentioned it to me and about an hour later I tried turning on my water and got nothing. So, I checked all the circuit breakers, looked at the bladder tank, and was left scratching my head. with nothing else I could do. I called the plumber to see why I had no water. He checked the electric going to the water pump and saw there was no power to it so we began tracing the wire back, digging it up and found a spot with a technician, had buried his wire and cut my wire so of course I had him fix it. Then I called Xfinity. They gave me the runaround and now it’s been July August into September. It cost me $405 to repair and now I’ve got nothing and I just like to say thank you for the runaround Xfinity. I think I’ll need to consult my lawyer.
