I’ve been troubleshooting, moving the modem to different locations, bought a new landline, literally have tried everything and every time you ask for more troubleshooting it’s just sends you in circles…

home phone goes straight to VM

New modem does not allow phone calls to be made and all calls to us go directly to voicemail

Computer keeps connecting to pods

Connect both tv box and gateway

From what I gather, if I have both a tv cable box and a router/modem, I need to use a splitter to connect each to the comcast cable. Is this the only recommended way? Thank you.

expanding WiFi with Ubitiqui access point
