Is there a way to give a device registered on your home network bandwidth priority over other devices?

If you are using a Comcast supplied gateway device, they don't have any QoS features.

Thank you for your help! I guess I'll have to do a little research and figure out what the best compatible modem is to buy that will allow me to set QOS device operations on my own.

Good luck ! You could put their gateway in to bridge mode and use your own stand-alone router that has that feature (most, if not all do) with it.
