Wall jack doesn’t work
I have three wall jacks in my house. Two of them allow my gateway to connect to the Internet. The third Jack is in my office, and does not work. I need to be able to put the gateway in that room so that I can connect my non-wireless printer to it. Can I schedule an appointment with a tech to fix this?
