Ps4 Bricks since Wifi installed

I have had Wifi installed in my new house for little over a week and i seem to have an issue.

My Ps4 seems to keep dropping Wifi and Bluetooth Connection to where my controllers cannot connect and there is no internet on the ps4 until i turn off the Ps4 and back on again

i know its not the Ps4 because i have had no problem with connecting my conrollers before i had internet set up, and i know its not the controllers because both of my controllers stop working at the same time

i don’t know if its a Wifi Frequency issue that causes interference with the Bluetooth that ends up scrambling both or if its because my internet says its WPA3 and my Ps4 just doesn’t support it or if its some other issue entirely, but its just frustrating to have to deal with this issue every day.

WPA3 is your problem. Can the gateway or router be downgraded to WPA2?

@MNtundraRET  it can, atleast i think so, in the Xfinity app it gave me an option to be WPA3 Personal-Transistion, WPA3 Personal, or WPA2. I turned the setting to WPA2 last night but wasn’t on long enough after that to see if that was the problem.

The concern is not "E-mail" help related................... Topic moved here to the proper help section for assistance.

@user_9eb3b6

I thought we had this problem solved. Did a recent update revert the gateway back to WPA3 and the app is failing to allow downgrading the gateway to WPA2?
