@XfinityAshley yes, multiple times. I'm pretty sure that's not the problem, however, as I have already listed above. The modem is a NETGEAR CM700.The data usage overview page lists my plan as: Internet Plan: Blast! InternetDownload Speed: 300M

I upgraded from Fast to Superfast on 6/21. I did see uptick of the upload speed pretty much immediately... however, to this day, my download speed is capped at 300Mbps. I even ran the Xfinity speed test, and after the test, the page says: To Xfinity and Beyond! You're getting all of your

Posting a message to get the chat bubble to do a dm to xfinity forum team. Suppose I'll just call sometime if it doesn't show up after first post. Subject says the problem. Just gives me " Sorry, this line of business is not currently available due to a temporary error. Please try again shortly."

Not being able to temporary turn off/on data is ridiculous.
I have kids who are on “by the gig” plans who frequently go over. Why is there not a way for me to simply select “once they reach the limit” turn off? (Dumb question, I know exactly why, because Xfinity wants to keep charging me). Give us the freedom to actually manage our own data!
