How do I downgrade from TV+data to a data-only plan?
The account management interface won't let me do this.
I've seen other posts in this forum instructing people to "direct message", which I don't appear to have access to.
I've also tried getting support through live chat, but nobody was available.
HOW can I get help in removing the TV part of my plan? I would just like to have a data only plan?
