Unable to switch xfinity data to unlimited.

Posting a message to get the chat bubble to do a dm to xfinity forum team.

Suppose I'll just call sometime if it doesn't show up after first post.

Subject says the problem.  Just gives me "

Sorry, this line of business is not currently available due to a temporary error. Please try again shortly."

The concern is not "E-mail" help related......... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.  

@sounddevil1 Be advised that sending an unrequested direct message to the support team is a violation of their forum guidelines. It may get ignored.
