Premium Channels start for 2 seconds then freeze while all other Channels work with no issue. *Resolved

*Issue resolved by replacing the Cable Box Our cable box did an update the morning of November 29, 2022. Since then all Premium Channels we have would either start for 2 seconds and freeze indefinitely or black screen with 3 dots then error XRS-03136.  Every other channel works perfect.&nbs

No Sound on Fox News

I bought a new cable modem/router for my PC and mobile devices that instructs me to activate via xfinity\activate however I get redirected to gstatic.com to download the 'App' for Apple or Android. Variable speeds, service cuts out

Recordings not working and guide in app shows nothing available
