My phone fully paid off in April 2025. But xfinity still locked my phone. I have 3 ECM tickets with them.

My phone ( iphone SE 3rd generation) was paid off in April 2025 after 2-year plan with xfinity. I then call xfinity to unlock my phone. and I have had 3 ECM tickets. Customer service said these tickets are priority tickets. I also went to two of their stores. The first store said they are not headquarter store. I then followed their instruction to a headquarter store on 1566 Monterey Rd. All said my phone is unlocked. But my phone's Carrier Lock is "SIM locked".  Help me unlock my phone!
