Very Poor Phone tech support

Twice in 1.5 years phone support has TOTALLY knocked my services offline. I am in a dead zone with no land line, wifi or even cell service! It happened this past Saturday 7/12/2025. After 2 visits to my local Xfinity store in Lowell MA Frank got me back up and running! He helped me 1.5 years ago He is a KEEPER!! Thank goodness for Frank!!  Your phone support is abysmal !!
