Log Into Comcast.net Email

I have two email comcast.net email accounts and I would go to comcast.net to login. Since Saturday, 2/1/25 I am unable to get logged in. The page goes to Xfinity.com and I click sign in and it just keeps going in a circle. Can't get into email accounts.  I tested sending to the email addresses and it goes through.

user_oc37e5 Thanks for posting on our Forums. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps by clearing the cache/cookies on your web browser, using an incognito/private web page, using a different browser, etc.?

user_cpqyv5, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. Try these steps to set up a new email. Let us know if you still need help.

To set up a new Comcast email on Windows Mail, follow these steps:
Type "Mail" in the search bar and select Windows Mail.
In the Mail app, go to Settings, then Manage Accounts.
Select Other account, enter your Comcast email address, name for outgoing messages, and password.
Click Sign in and then Done once the account setup is successful. This process ensures your Comcast email is configured on Windows Mail.

Greetings, @dmurphy2! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues connecting to your email, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

Can you please tell me a little more about what's happening? Are you able to log in to your account, but not your email, or are you having trouble logging in to everything? When was the last time you were able to access your email without these issues? Have you tried any of the above-mentioned troubleshooting steps (clearing cache, using a different browser or device, using an incognito browser, etc.)?

Same problem.  Xfinity sent me an email that my accounts would be closed, but I cannot get to them to see if there is anything that needs to be saved.

user_jtvyop Thank you for letting us know. When you attempt to log in at https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite for your email accounts do you receive any error messages?

I need help and no way to get it. I’ve been with the chat assistant who isn’t live by the way. She said she got me an appt for today because I need a technician. Never showed up. My internet is on and off which means the tv is off and I don’t get emails. No one to call or tell. This is unexceptable for $300+ a month

wow what an example of non service! I can’t log on to my comcast account and the help line is a circle of doom. You send me the email to log on or be cancelled and then there is no way to do so!

user_dtxmyt Thanks for your comment. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing a similar issue. Are you using our Xfinity Website to access your email or a third-party email address? Is this happening on all of your devices? Have you tried an incognito page or a private page? We also recommend clearing the cache and cookies. Have you tried that already?
