Can’t activate INCLUDED FREE PEACOCK

I was told, the Peacock App was included with my Xfinity service charge. I tried to “Activate” it but was going to be chargedto. How can I activate it without that charge? I already pay for it at my Philadelphia home. I don’t want to pay twice.
