Xfinity app port forwarding STILL not working!

It's been well over a year and still the app will not connect under: Wifi/View WiFi equipment/Advanced settings/Port forwarding A unacceptable workaround was through the xfinity assistant but that method fails recently as you can't get to the network/port forwarding when typed in.

When should I be getting 150mbps upload instead of 40mbps?

Hello, I noticed that my contract shows that I should be getting upload speeds of 150mbps but I am still seeing 40mbps speed. I checked that I have the right modem for this, I have the CGM4981COM, I rebooted it and tested by directly connecting to the 2.5Gb port and I am still getting just 40mbps.
