Switch to xfinity, Trade in and upgrade
I want to port my wireless service from T-mobile to Xfinity. The rates and the trade on incentives are attractive, unfortunately I am having issues that are not being resolved at the store level, and forget about the the call center. Overall I am a happy customer, and I am not faulting the store support, because this is an issue that needs to be resolved from a higher level. My in-store experiences have been great. I would be happy to detail my issues via a direct message, and hopefully be on my way to a solution that will allow me to break up with t-mobile.

@user_k4x2yb One of the benefits of these forums is to receive assistance from the community. You still need to state your issue here. If a community member can assist great. If not, an Xfinity employee will work with you. Generally, most issues are resolved here in the forums. They only as you to DM if your account information is required to troubleshoot further.
