Upgrade to unlimited data
I'd like to upgrade my plan to unlimited data (own my own modem). I believe it's $30/month. There seems to be no easy way to do it online so I would like to DM customer service to see if they can help. I currently have no access to DM bubble on my page... Thank you.

New box--Error Code RDK 03004

Xfi Pods not connecting to any devices
I’ve had two pods plugged in for 2 weeks and they have never connected to any device. They are spaced apart and not too far from the gateway. I’m thinking they are a waste of money and I need to try to return them.

Upload speed lower than advertised
I have Xfinity Gigabit Extra (1200 down / 200 up). I'm able to get the 1200 down - sometimes it even goes to 1400. But the upload seems to be limited to 40 or 45.
