Have not received X1 cable box shipment notification for almost 1 month
I added TV service with the X1 box on March 7. Waited until the 19th then called customer service. They said my plan didn't have an X1 box and I told them yes it does I see the line on the confirmation email. Either way they apparently "Fixed" it and was supposedly shipping out a box this time. I waited 5 business days for a notification but I didn't get one so I called them back on the 26th. They said it would be guaranteed to ship out by that Friday. Still no shipping notification. I call again on April 1st in the morning. Now they told me they were going to priority ship one with overnight shipping. Now I've worked in the shipping industry before I know if you process a shipment anytime before 8pm sometimes as late as 10pm it can still be shipped over night to its destination. I called them on the 2nd they said it takes 24hrs to process the shipment. Whether that's true or not its now 3pm on the 3rd. Still haven't received a shipment notification.
I'm getting real sick of dealing with fake typing robot lady every time I call customer service just to get to a "Live" agent.
I have a feeling I'll get charged for a service before I'm even allowed to use it. And its not even for me its for my 91 year-old grandmother who's staying with me now. She just wants to be able to watch her favorite baseball team. Xfinity is one of the only TV providers with the channel that team plays on.
So now I'm here complaining on this hoping someone can help, maybe.
