Disabling xfi advanced security - no settings to do so available in xfinity app

I want to disable advanced security, or at the very least verify that it's off because I cannot tell either way; the app is so unclear. COMCAST SERVERS BLACKLISTED

Port forwarding not working

So I have tried multiple times using the port forwarding feature on the website, and it has not worked. I have the port forward set up, have already gave windows defender permissions for said port, but it is still not working. I don't know why it is like this, and would like some help.

I figured this out. UPnP was enabled on the router which can automatically add port forwarding. Since turning this off, I have had no further port maps.

Additional information:Checked with an external test site that I entered my external IP and the port number, and it tells me the port is closed, so definitely the router.
