Rewards page is not available

I don’t have access to the xfinity rewards page. It said “Hang tight! Your rewards are almost ready.” I waited for a few days but I always got the same message showing up. I talked with customer service but no help at all.  Need help to fix this!

Modem MB 8611 has very high packet loss

Hi, The modem has unusual upstream power. It should be between 38-48 but it is consistently above 50. Downstream SNR should be above 30, it is 0 in some cases and less than 30 many cases. The count of corrected/uncorrected packet count is unusually high.

Acp required gateway use?

I’ve been on the acp program for a few months now, but I have a email that I need to have their gateway equipment installed or I could lose my acp benefits because they can’t verify my internet usage otherwise? Incentive - $100 prepaid card never received

I received an email confirmation on 15-Feb-2022 of being eligible for $100 prepaid card. Status update shows card shipped on 23-Feb-2022 & will arrive in 7-10 business days. It's already 20-Mar-2022 which is almost a month & I haven't received it yet.
