Cancel Max Subscription

Hello,

I would like to cancel my Max subscription. I tried doing it on the website, but because I am a bulk tenant, it doesn't work. I then came on here and the comments say to "Direct Message" Xfinity support, but I don't have that option anywhere on my page. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

@user_gpxc5o I would be more than happy to help cancel your Max subscription. Are you logged in when attempting to send a Direct Message?   To send a direct message you may need to:
  
  Click "Sign In"
  Click the "direct message" icon
  Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  Press Enter to send it

Bizarre; the direct message icon is now showing up when it wasn't before, even though I was signed in. Perhaps it's because I had just signed up for the first time. Either way, I can now send a direct message. Thank you.
