I am very disappointed by the lack of communication between departments. My whole experience started when I wanted to set up internet service in my home and they kept saying that only one customer per household could get the service. Smart plugs not working

Since we switched to the latest gateway, my smart plugs no longer will connect. I’ve tried to reinstall all 4 of them but to no avail. I tried to split the Wi-Fi through the app but it won’t stay split. Any thoughts?
