Issues with customer service

Contacted Xfinity for a credit due to daily outages I was told I was going to get once it was resolved. Tried to call, that was a joke, couldn't get a live person. Tried the chat. Was promised not only a credit but to lower my bill. What ended up happening was he deleted the wrong box. Chatted back
