MISSING COVER AND EXPOSED WIRES/CABLES FROM GREEN XFINITY CABLE BOX IS A HAZARDOUS CONDITION THAT NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION!

As shown in the pics below, the cover to the green Xfinity cable box behind my townhouse blew off during the recent snow storm.  Wires / cables / etc from the box are COMPLETELY EXPOSED to the elements making it a HAZARDOUS CONDITION to anyone who may inadvertently come across them (i.e., children playing in the backyard; contractors working in the area), and GENERALLY AN ISSUE for any Xfinity customers whose cables feed into that particular box.  What do I need to do to get an Xfinity technician to PROMPTLY REPLACE AND SECURE THE COVER on the cable box so that no unnecessary harm comes to anyone in the neighborhood?  Your assistance with this request is much appreciated (plz & thx).
