Unethical business practice bad customer service

Yesterday  I had to speak to 5 different  people for the to get them to  understand  that the cable being put inside the home was not completed.  I had the worst customer service  it was unbelievable  that you have people  working their  that cant understand  what i was telling them.  The customer service  man siad for my present and past issues he would let me Have a free phone I only  had to pay for the tax and the service  once I activate the phone. Today I get a bill/ contract that I agree to pat for the phone. The custom service  lied about giving the phone for free.This is such bad representation  of your company moral conduct and business  ethics .. I hope that  so.one from complaints  or customer serives ethics departments  calls or provides some information    as I'm considering  legal action

Xfinity fix the issue and also  provided  great service  after speaking to  Christian the agent .I'm very pleased
