Live agent feedback

My live agent tonight was Tarun. I really wanted to give a glowing review to Tarun, but didn’t see where I could do that. They told me that once I clicked End Chat, I would be asked to rate them, but I was not given that opportunity. Tarun was able to get my tv working again very quickly. They were extremely friendly and i truly enjoyed chatting with them. Employee of the month, as far as ai’m concerned. Thanks again, Tarun!
