Can't Login into Mobile App!!!
I can't log into the mobile Android app, every time I try it just resets the page. Everything is updated and I tried deleting app cache and data already. I'm trying to activate my new modem and if I go to xfinity.com/activate it tells me to download the app. A very frustrating ordeal!!

Does previous tenant need to cancel service before I can activate mine?

XB8 - Missing Upstream Channel Stats
The XB8's status page under under Gateway > Connection > XFINITY Network is missing upstream channel information. It was there until the device rebooted about 4 days ago. Looks like there was some kind of firmware update applied. Is this a bug with the firmware? The XB8 is configured in bridge mode.

I have been using the Xfinity app on my fire stick since last July and it's worked great until the last few weeks. Lately it automatically shuts off after a certain amount of time. SB6141 not giving full speed after service change?
I have an SB6141 that I’ve been using forever. It got 400mbps download when I had the 8/500mbps service (which I signed up for in ‘21.) and I knew that was the maximum of the modem, which I was fine with. But I recently switched to 12/200 service instead and I’m only getting 100mbps download, tops.
