Replace exhisting cable line
The line to my house from the box is old and I believe the cause for pixelated video and frequent internet drops. I’ve seen over the past few years residents around me getting their lines replaced frequently. I’ve been told the line can be replaced every 4-5 years for free by Xfinity and I know it’s been well over that. How do I get the line replaced by Xfinity? If I cannot resolve this issue Frontier Fiber has arrived and I may need to move services to get more relaible internet.
