Unstable Connection But No Outage

Consistently (at least 2-3x per day), I experience an "unstable" internet connection while on a Zoom/GoogleMeet call. It has been an on-going issue for several weeks now. I've checked my equipment and can't find any issues, speed tests "to my property" are strong, and there are no reported outages.

Internet monthly pay increased before plan expires

Hot X1 box

I have only just noticed how HOT my XG1 v4 box is getting. Even the cable connection is almost a burner. The bottom of the unit is the hottest. I have moved it so it is on top of the tv unit but it is still very Hot. I have had no issues but just how hot is it supposed to get.
