My account appears to not be loading correctly on the Xfinity web page.
Thing such as communication settings have outlines where choices should be but they never populate.
According to the online documentation there should be radio buttons and places to enter text.
Example "Account communications" there are zero opportunities to do anything at all... it's basically a static page.

However according to the above support side... I should be seeing at least something comparable to the images.
How can I reach out to Comcast about ensuring my account loads correctly?
Have been in contact with the closest physical location but they seem confused.
At that time... I had hoped maybe they would escalate the issue another team but instead appears that they just hoped the issues would go away on their own.
There may be a technical reason for this but contacting .... well anyone from Comcast who can resolve the issue has been challenging.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
