Internet monthly pay increased before plan expires

I signed the Internet plan for 24 months effective from Apr 07, 2022 to Apr 06, 2024. This month the monthly pay was increased without my knowledge. I checked the plan in my account, looked like the plan had been changed with a new expiry date Apr 15, 2024. What happened?

To get started, and so I can review your account can you please send our team a private message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account?

 

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

The requested info was sent to Xfinity Support via Direct messaging half an hour ago, but no one responded.
