What does level 4 mean??

I have had an outage for 4 days now with no updates from Xfinity. The severe weather was on 9/3/26. It has been sunny and 80 degrees from 9/4/26 until today 9/6/26. Why can't anyone tell us what is happening and why after 4 days we still have no service?
